Supported files & merge details
Merge complete plain PDFs, up to 10 MB each and 20 MB total (1 MB = 1,000,000 bytes). Up to five files and 20 pages combined; the finished download must fit within 24 MB. Supported classic AES-256 revision 6 files continue here with the owner password; the validated temporary working copy must also fit within 10 MB. File-card thumbnails use a bounded first-page copy where possible; large or complex pages may not support thumbnails. Detailed original previews remain limited to 2 MB. Results stay in this tab for up to 15 minutes.
The merged PDF keeps document metadata from the first file; metadata from other files is not combined. Supported encrypted files continue here with their owner password. Forms, scripts, attachments and digital signatures are not supported; unsupported content is never silently discarded.

How to merge PDF files in your chosen order
Combine a report and its appendices, or bring several related PDFs into one file. Select the files together, then use Move up and Move down before merging.
- The order of the file list becomes the order of the merged pages. Put a one-page cover before a two-page report to export the cover, then both report pages.
- Keep the separate originals until you have checked the downloaded PDF. Use View actual result to inspect the validated export when preview rendering is available.
Common questions
Can I combine password-protected PDFs?
For supported classic AES-256 revision 6 files, enter the owner password in the local dialog and continue here. Opening-only passwords, forms and other unsupported structures are rejected. Merge keeps document metadata from the first file.
How many files can I merge?
Up to five PDFs, 10 MB each and 20 MB total, with at most 20 pages combined. The result must fit the 24 MB result limit. These are decimal limits: 1 MB = 1,000,000 bytes.
