Supported files & details
One PDF up to 4 MB (4,000,000 bytes) and 20 source pages. One validated PDF result up to 2 MiB (2,097,152 bytes). Original previews are optional and limited to 2 MB; missing previews do not mean the PDF is damaged.
Supported classic AES-256 revision 6 PDFs continue here with the owner password. Opening-only passwords, other encryption, forms, scripts, attachments, digital signatures, hybrid references and unsupported compression are not supported. Bounded compressed object/cross-reference streams and validated incremental revisions remain supported.
Supported content, annotations, metadata, page boxes and native rotations are preserved. Internal links must retain their destinations in the output; otherwise processing stops. Repeated pages are unsupported. Removing pages is not secure redaction; your original stays unchanged.
Processing stays in this browser tab and its Workers. Browser extensions may still access files. Results and unlocked working copies expire after 15 minutes; Delete now, leaving or reload clears tab-owned results.

How to extract selected PDF pages
Check the pages you need, or use Select all, odd or even pages. Enter a numeric order such as 3, 1-2 to place page three first. One extraction creates one new PDF.
- Page numbers refer to positions in the file, which can differ from printed page labels.
- Use one supported PDF up to 4 MB and 20 pages; the new PDF must fit within 2 MiB. Open the actual result and check its sequence before sharing it.
Common questions
How is this different from Split PDF?
Extract combines the selected pages into one PDF. Split creates a separate PDF for each range.
Can I remove pages instead?
Use Organize PDF to omit pages from a new PDF. This is not secure redaction, and your original stays on your device.
Will links to omitted pages still work?
A supported internal link needs its destination in the exported selection. A selection with unsupported or missing destinations is rejected rather than promising that every original link can be preserved.
